Scales of Torture
I did it already. In June 2010, I stepped on the scales and weighed 137 lbs. It took several months of diet and exercise. I did this because I'd gained a whole lot of weight the year before. You probably wonder how much I weigh now. The answer is, "I don't know." I'm guessing it is around 150. It takes a lot of work and a lot of exercise for me to maintain 140. I'd like to settle around 145. My biggest problem now is that I don't have a regular schedule. I need structure in my life in order to incorporate a good regime on diet and exercise. Give me some time here.
