#201 and #232 Find out what is in a hot dog and have someone cross something off your list.

Erin: Thanks!
My high school friend Erin helped me cross two things off my list. Here's what she had to say:
cross this off your list: 201. Find out what is really in a hot dog.
Hot dogs are made from cured and cooked sausages that consist of mainly
pork, beef, chicken and turkey or a combination of these various dead
animals. Meats used in hot dogs supposedly come from the muscle of the
animal, but really they contain "Variety meats," which include things
like liver, kidneys, skin, fat, and hearts, (ETC...) . Hot dogs also
often contain MSG, a preservative which kills your neurons, and sodium
nitrate, linked to cancer. Other ingredients include water, curing agents
and spices, such as garlic, salt, sugar, ground mustard, nutmeg, coriander
and white pepper.

My 2 cents: If you really desire hot dogs in your life, buy organic varieties
that contain all meat, no byproducts and no artificial flavors, colors or
preservatives. BETTER YET TRY A TOFU DOG!"

"so that should take care of #232 also, right? :)"
